Yesterday I made it my day off from working out. I figured since I went to the gym and took a nice long walk with the kids that I did two days in one. Right??? Anyway, today I went to the gym and probably worked harder than I have before, seeing tiny improvements, nothing big. Now I am wondering why I didn't go yesterday. I just feel so relaxed and stress free after I spend some time at the gym. I really just need to go, especially on those days that I don't want to.
Right now I am finishing yummy low fat smoothie from Tropical Smoothie Cafe, Yummmm!
Even though I feel good after going to the gym, I feel as if I need a nap, I am tired, but I have a sink full of dishes that need to be done and a child that needs to be picked up from school, just thinking of it makes me tired. My youngest hasn't taken a nap yet, waiting until after I get big brother since he gets out early today, maybe I will take a cat nap then. Who knows.

update.
So last week was a very good week, on Wednesday I went with my son on his class field trip to the zoo. Fun, and I got I got in lots of walking!
Thursday wraped up my 3 free training sessions with a personal trainer, so now I have to go forward with it on my own. It was easier to show up when I had someone waiting and expecting me to be there, however it cost to much darn money to meet with her just 3 times a week. I ended up having a pretty good 3 day workout.
Went to the gym Friday, so on, so on. Saturday had a good day, took a walk with the family.
Sunday was a good and relaxing day.
Monday went to the gym, did my workout and some cardio, very good workout.
all in all good time.
