Back to it.

Yesterday I made it my day off from working out. I figured since I went to the gym and took a nice long walk with the kids that I did two days in one. Right??? Anyway, today I went to the gym and probably worked harder than I have before, seeing tiny improvements, nothing big. Now I am wondering why I didn't go yesterday. I just feel so relaxed and stress free after I spend some time at the gym. I really just need to go, especially on those days that I don't want to.
Right now I am finishing yummy low fat smoothie from Tropical Smoothie Cafe, Yummmm!
Even though I feel good after going to the gym, I feel as if I need a nap, I am tired, but I have a sink full of dishes that need to be done and a child that needs to be picked up from school, just thinking of it makes me tired. My youngest hasn't taken a nap yet, waiting until after I get big brother since he gets out early today, maybe I will take a cat nap then. Who knows.
